Lend Me a Tenor
The Pavilion’s season opener begins on a comical note!
It's 1934; the biggest night in the history of the Cleveland Grand Opera Company. A world famous Italian tenor, known to his fans as Il Stupendo, is booked to sing the title role in Otello as part of a swish fundraiser. But the tenor has other things on his mind and the show must go on… with or without him.
Expect a furiously fast, bawdy three-ring circus of chaos, mayhem and door slamming as eight outrageous characters attempt to survive a night at the opera.
